Ordering Online Using Our Secure Shopping Cart
At WTD Supply we offer an
easy-to-use, secure online "shopping cart" ordering
experience. You can browse for products by clicking on the
“Tools By Category” or “Tools By Manufacturer” links in the
navigation panel located on the left. Products will display
sorted by part number. If you already know the WTD Supply
SKU (manufacturer code & part number) then use our
new “Quick Order” function. “Quick Order” allows you to
add multiple items to your cart at one once saving you time.
You may also search for an item by entering the part number
or a short description of the item in the “Search” box. [Hint:
If you enter a description, start with a simple keyword, such
as plier or wrench, to display the widest selection of
products that meet your requirements.] If your first search
is not successful try using the “Power Search” function to
refine your query.
When you see something that you would like to buy just enter
the quantity you want of that item in the appropriate box.
Then just continue browsing on the displayed page, entering
quantities for items that you want as you see them. To add
the selected products to your shopping cart just click the
"Add to Cart" button at the bottom of each page.
You can check the total for your order instantly by clicking
the "View Cart" button at the top of the page. This will show
all items that you have selected and added to your cart. Each
item will display the product number (SKU), description,
quantity, price each, and total price by item as well as
total order value.
To complete your order once you have finished selecting and
adding products to your cart, just click the "Checkout" button
at the top of the page. This will start the checkout process
where you will enter billing and shipping information, and
payment method. We will automatically send an order
confirmation to you at the email address that you provide,
and your order will be processed for same day shipping if
received by 2PM. Orders received after 2PM will be shipped
the next business day.

order form page on our web site. Please fill out the form
completely and accurately. Missing, incomplete or inaccurate
information provided on the order form will cause delays in
processing your order, requiring a Customer Care Representative
to contact you to obtain the correct information.

Order Acceptance
Your business is always appreciated at WTD Supply,
and every customer is important to us. Each order placed with
us is handled in a quick and efficient manner. We process orders
placed by 2 PM for same day shipment. Orders received after 2 PM
are processed for next business day shipment. At this time we
accept orders for shipment to a destination within the 50
United States, the U.S Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.
We take pride in the efficient manner in which we process each
order sent to WTD Supply. There may be
occasions however, such as limited product availability from
the manufacturer, that after receipt of an order we determine
that we cannot fulfill your requirements. In these instances
we reserve the right to supply less than the quantity ordered
of an item, or to cancel an order in it's entirety. We make
this reservation without prejudice to any individual or company.
We will always act fairly and in the best interest of all of
our valued customers.
Payment Terms
Whether you are billed Open Account, charge your order to a
Credit Card or pay C.O.D. you always pay the SAME LOW PRICE!
Minimum Order Fee: WTD Supply requires a minimum product order of $25.00 (shipping/tax not included). Orders less than $25.00 will be subject to a $5.00 Processing Charge.
Open Account: NET billing terms to qualified customers.
C.O.D.: C.O.D. shipments are charged on a per carton basis at
$9.95 for each box. We accept company checks or money orders ONLY.
Personal checks will not be accepted. Please make company checks or
money orders payable to WTD Supply.
Credit Cards: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card,
and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to pay for an
order.
*PLEASE NOTE: 2ND DAY AIR shipments must be paid with a
credit card.
Leasing
Competitive Leasing Plans are available for tool and equipment
purchases totaling $1,000.00 or more. You can make your full
profit on the sale without worrying about collections. The
advantages of leasing also makes good sense for your shop
owners, as the equipment pays for itself by bringing in jobs
or by keeping jobs from driving out the door. Keep the leasing
option in mind the next time your customer needs equipment to
keep the business rolling in.
Prepayment
Send a check or money order via mail (U. S. Postal Service) or
delivery service (FedEx, UPS, etc.), payable to WTD Supply, along with your completed order form.
If you wish to prepay by credit card please remember to include
your credit card information and signature along with your
completed order form. Please send your order to the warehouse
location closest to you.
